Refund policy

30-day return window

Because every Meme Tees shirt is printed to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size orders. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before buying.

Defects, print errors, damage

If your order arrives with a print error, a manufacturing defect, or damage from shipping, we will replace it at no cost or refund the full amount. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the Contact page with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong item, we will send the correct one and you can keep or recycle the first. Same 30-day window applies.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the replacement is shipped or the claim is approved, whichever is sooner.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us through the Contact page and we will file a carrier claim.
