Who we are

Meme Tees is an online store operated out of the United States. These terms apply to your use of the site and any order you place with us.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we confirm the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors).

Pricing and currency

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We may change pricing at any time, but changes do not apply to orders already placed.

Intellectual property

All designs, site content, logos, and copy are owned by Meme Tees or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our designs without written permission. Buying a shirt does not give you rights to the design.

User conduct

You agree not to abuse the site (no scraping, no hammering the API, no automated bulk ordering without an arrangement). If we suspect abuse we may cancel orders and restrict access.

Warranties

The site and products are provided as-is. We make no warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
